The customer is always directly responsible to We-Du Car Rental for all damages, including water damage to convertible vehicles, and agrees to settle all costs before leaving the island. Declining the CDW or violating the rental agreement means full liability regardless of fault.
We-Du cannot provide damage quotations during weekends or public holidays. The customer will sign a credit card authorisation for an estimated amount. Full documentation is emailed once available and the card charged accordingly. Survey costs are billed separately.
